We need youThe project: Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Product Owner to join their team.Function description:Design phase and project methodology:Build the product's big picture including its roadmap and translate this picture towards the development teamClarify the need and draft the product's key functional specifications according to the agile methodologyIteration planning and priorities definition to ensure the proper content deliveryDefines the priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, thus he continuously prioritizes the key business needsMake sure that the different stakeholders become and stay aligned on the product to be deliveredProject follow-up and support:Initiate a priority management approach, ensure the product consistency and qualityActively participate into Scrum ceremonies (agile retrospectives, demo, test labs...)Is the decision maker or has the authority to arbitrate on delivered functionalitiesConduct Sprints Backlog live adjustments and follow-upIs this you?Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local languageMinimum BachelorProduct Owner certificationAt least 8 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of Financial Leasing/Financial Renting productsExpertise in agile methodologiesAbility to see the overall picture (helicopter view) - strategic thinkingAnalytical mind – conceptual thinkingNegotiation and persuasion skillsStructured approachQuality-minded and eye for detailGoal-orientedOpen to changeLeadershipHow afarax supports you?You benefit from our extensive networkYou will have access to projects that fit your expertiseWe help and support you throughout your projectWe offer the possibility to build a valuable and lasting partnershipCheck out more projects on: https://afarax.be/jobs/type/freelance/
