Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to support a key data squad within a leading financial organization.Mission ContextYou will support a dedicated data squad by delivering analysis and reporting using Business Objects and Tableau, with the objective of creating business impact and improving customer approach.You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where insights and dashboards play a critical role in decision-making.Your ResponsibilitiesGather, transform, and analyze raw data using appropriate sourcing techniquesDeliver actionable insights to support business objectivesDesign, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboardsAdminister and manage the Business Objects landscapeDevelop Tableau and WebI reportsProvide user support for Business Objects and TableauSet up and maintain housekeeping procedures for BO and TableauCollaborate with stakeholders and work with third-party tools such as 360Your ProfileLanguagesEnglish: FluentFrench or Dutch: Fluent (the other language is an asset)EducationMaster's degree or equivalent relevant experienceExperience & Technical SkillsMandatoryMinimum 6 years of experience in Data AnalyticsAt least 5 years of proven experience in administrating and managing Business ObjectsStrong hands-on experience with Tableau (administration & reporting)Good knowledge of the banking environmentSoft SkillsTeam player with a proactive and autonomous mindsetStrong analytical and synthesis skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environmentWork SetupHybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% remoteWhy Join UsJoin Nexeo Belgium and contribute to impactful data initiatives within a major financial organization.
