To support our clients across various industries, we are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who can lead complex, high-impact programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of technical projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will: Lead strategic programs, defining objectives, scope, and success criteria. Conduct internal and external interviews and workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders. Establish governance structures to ensure effective decision-making, accountability, and reporting. Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Translate strategic objectives into operational processes, defining roles, responsibilities, and workflows. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies. Monitor progress, evaluate performance metrics, and ensure project outcomes meet organizational goals. Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project results and recommending process enhancements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing complex technical projects in dynamic environments. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans and practical processes. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate across teams and with external partners. Experience setting up governance frameworks and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
