The role is part of the Accounting & Administration Team (5 members) and reports to the Head of Accounting & Administration.The duties of the WRT Accountant will include:Accounts Payable & PaymentsPrepare, process, and execute supplier payments and ensure timely supplier follow-upManage and reconcile corporate credit card statementsTax & CompliancePerform monthly VAT reconciliationsPrepare and submit mandatory reports to the National Bank of Belgium (NBB)Assist in the preparation of annual accounts, related documentation, and tax returnsReporting & ClosingSupport monthly financial closing and reportingAssist with quarterly reporting activitiesPerform monthly fixed asset reconciliationsSupport the preparation of the annual auditInternal Support & CollaborationProvide first-line accounting support to internal stakeholdersAssist with the preparation of sales invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365The WRT Accountant should have the following profile: Bachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum 10 years of experience in a similar roleFluency in French and English, both written and spokenStrong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365Excellent analytical skills with a structured and methodical approachHands-on mindset with a flexible "can-do" and "will-do" attitudeAbility to manage workload effectively and perform under tight deadlinesProactive and solution-oriented problem solverStrong motivation to achieve objectives and deliver resultsCommitment to promoting high standards, quality of service, and team spirit within the WRT workforcePromote our values (People, Passion, Performance) and commit to personal investment into the WRT ESG strategyWhat do we offer ?a competitive salarymeal allowancehospitalisation insuranceflexible working hoursuse of the gym in our Belgium office
