Web Knowledge Architect/ Business Analyst

The European Parliament is looking for a skilled Web Knowledge Architect to contribute to the definition, architecture, and prototyping of tools ensuring the publication of multilingual content across its websites. This role plays a key part in shaping the digital presence of the institution, ensuring coherence, usability, accessibility, and compliance across platforms. We are seeking a structured and collaborative professional capable of bridging business needs, user experience, and technical implementation. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the conception and architecture of new European Parliament websites and web applications Collaborate with the conception team to design innovative and user-centric digital solutions Identify synergies with existing websites to streamline and modernise functionalities Prototype new pages in collaboration with graphic designers, integration teams, and developers Supervise the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of web pages Ensure multilingual content is structured, accessible, and aligned with institutional standards Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web architecture, web content management, or digital project coordination Strong knowledge of website best practices and information architecture Solid understanding of SEO principles, data protection requirements (GDPR), and web accessibility standards Strong functional writing and content structuring skills Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (design, development, content, business) Ability to understand and balance the needs, objectives, and constraints of various stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to deliver presentations and interact confidently with management and staff at all levels Profile We’re Looking For Structured and analytical mindset Strong coordination and facilitation skills Detail-oriented with a strategic vision Comfortable working in a multilingual and institutional environment If you are passionate about web architecture, digital governance, and structured content in a complex environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.
