Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt de salesmanager in het commerciële voortraject van CRM-projecten.
  • Je analyseert de situatie bij de klant, identificeert verbeterpunten en stelt een implementatieplan voor.
  • Je werkt samen met de Operations Manager om een implementatieplanning op te stellen.
  • Je bent de belangrijkste auteur van het Proces Informatie Document (PID) waarmee het project wordt gestart.
  • Je adviseert klanten over best practices voor CRM-implementatie en -gebruik.
  • Je verzorgt trainingen voor gebruikers en interne beheerders bij klanten na de oplevering.
  • Je draagt bij aan een uitstekende klanttevredenheid.

We laten je niet aan je lot over. Voordat je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat, krijg je een gedegen opleiding en training van ervaren experts op het gebied van software, verkoop en verkoopmanagement. Bovendien behoren regelmatige dagtrips naar het buitenland voor trainingen of presentaties van nieuwe systemen tot de aantrekkelijke aspecten van de functie.

Requirements

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt idealiter al wat werkervaring, maar dit is geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een analytische geest en kunt snel en accuraat situaties doorgronden.
  • Je bent een goede luisteraar en kunt klanten bevragen tot de essentie duidelijk is.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is écht een pluspunt.
  • Je houdt ervan met mensen in contact te komen en zinvolle relaties te onderhouden.
  • Je kunt het hoofd koel houden in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met hedendaagse apps en bent van nature nieuwsgierig en gedreven om ze helemaal te doorgronden.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CRM software en andere courante software, zoals een BI-pakket, LucidCharts voor procesbeheer.
  • Je bent snel beschikbaar en enthousiast over een nieuwe baan.
  • Je bent gedreven en wilt graag een bijdrage leveren.
