Our client, a highly respected and innovative manufacturer of audiovisual (AV) products, specialising in integrated markets, is seeking an International Sales and Account Manager for the South European region, covering Italy, Spain, and France, with the potential to extend to the USA and Belgium. As a 100% family-owned company, they are a leader in delivering cutting-edge AV solutions, combining technical precision and creativity to serve diverse sectors, including hospitality, retail, corporate environments, sports venues, and government facilities.

In this pivotal role, the International Sales and Account Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to drive growth and expand market presence across Italy, Spain, and France. The ideal candidate may also assume responsibility for further developing the company's footprint in the USA and Belgium. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in an additional language relevant to the target markets would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will be based in Northeast Belgium and will bring a proven track record of at least three years of sales manager success, ideally within the AV industry and experience within Southern European markets. Candidates with experience in home automation or CCTV solutions, and a strong technical sales background, will also be considered. You will be a dynamic individual who is both people-oriented and solution-driven, capable of hands-on leadership, inspiring and educating clients while demonstrating robust technical expertise. A passion for audio solutions is essential, and an engineering background in electronics is highly desirable.
