Als SAP Autorisation Engineer bij het bureau I-ICT.433 ERP Integration van Infrabel ben je verantwoordelijk voor de analyse van behoeften, het ontwerp en de implementatie van oplossingen binnen SAP-omgevingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle SAP-gebruikers de juiste toegangsrechten hebben om hun activiteiten veilig uit te voeren. Samen met een team van ICT-professionals bouw je rollen en zorg je voor een veilige en efficiënte autorisatie binnen verschillende diensten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyse en ontwerp:
    • Regelmatig overleg plegen met gebruikers om hun autorisatiebehoeften in kaart te brengen.
    • Ontwerpen en implementeren van oplossingen om gebruikers de juiste toegangsrechten te geven in de juiste SAP-systemen, volgens vooraf vastgelegde standaarden.
    • Implementeren van oplossingen op basis van eenvoudige of samengestelde rollen om gebruikersgroepen per activiteitendomein te identificeren.
    • Technisch en functioneel advies geven over het ontwerp.
    • Mogelijke synergieën tussen de behoeften van verschillende gebruikers detecteren.
    • Zorgen voor een continue afstemming van activiteiten met de bedrijfsstrategie en de laatste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van beveiliging.
  • Beheer en onderhoud:
    • Zorgen dat vertrouwelijke informatie alleen toegankelijk is voor de bevoegde personen.
    • Beheren van GRC (governance risk compliance) en ervoor zorgen dat de juiste mensen de juiste autorisaties behouden.
    • Aanpassen van rollen binnen SAP wanneer medewerkers van dienst veranderen.
    • Toepassen van scheiding van taken, bijvoorbeeld iemand die een aankooporder aanmaakt mag deze niet goedkeuren.
  • Communicatie en samenwerking:
    • Goede communicatie onderhouden binnen het team en met klanten, leveranciers en andere teams.
    • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de CISO bij veiligheidsvraagstukken.
    • Deel uitmaken van belangrijke activiteiten en projecten die bepalend zijn voor de prestaties van Infrabel.

Vereisten:

  • Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • 2 tot 5 jaar professionele ervaring in SAP Security & Authorization of gelijkaardige systemen, zolang je ervaring hebt met autorisatie.
  • Beheersing van SAP-architectuur, kennis van SAP GRC (governance risk compliance) is een pluspunt.
  • Motivatie halen uit contact met gebruikers en actief luisteren om hun behoeften te begrijpen.
  • Uitstekende analytische en synthetische vaardigheden.
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
  • Oplossingsgericht en goed in compromissen en onderhandelingen.
  • Vloeiend in Frans of Nederlands, met een goede operationele kennis van de andere taal, voldoende om gebruikersbehoeften in hun eigen taal te begrijpen.
  • Technische kennis van Engels is noodzakelijk.
