Our client is a fast-growing international fintech active in digital assets and is looking for a hands-on Accounting Specialist to strengthen its finance team.You will join an innovative, tech-driven company operating at the crossroads of finance, trading and digital assets. The environment is international, fast-paced and entrepreneurial, offering exposure to modern finance topics, automation projects and complex transactions. This role is ideal if you enjoy operational accounting while wanting to grow within a scale-up context.Full-cycle bookkeeping for the Belgian entity (Belgian GAAP)Monthly bank and multi-currency reconciliations (including digital asset wallets)Preparation and filing of VAT returnsIntercompany reconciliations and support in group consolidationBooking and reconciliation of revenues, fees and financial transactionsSupport month-end, year-end closings and statutory reportingAssist with audits and liaise with external accountants and payroll partnersContribute to process improvements, automation and ERP migration projectsExperience: 1–5 years in accounting or bookkeeping (Belgian GAAP)Languages: Fluent in English + French and/or DutchQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalentFull-time permanent contractFlexible working hours and autonomy in work organizationInternational and multicultural work environmentExposure to innovative finance topics (fintech, trading, digital assets)Opportunity to grow with the company and take ownership of processes Bank, Audit, Liasion duties, Filing, Intercompany, Support Group, Financial services, Accounting, Digital Asset, Reporting, Payroll Processing, Finance, GAAP, Migration project, VAT tax return, Group Consolidation, Process Development, Year End Close, Automation, Accounting, RevenueJBRP1_BE
