The platform helps organisations with smarter, fairer, and faster people decisions from recruitment through to onboarding talent development and workforce planning.As an AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing intelligent systems that form their product. Working alongside data scientists and software engineers, you'll help evolve the company's machine learning capabilities - from NLP-driven matching algorithms to generative models that enhance HR workflows.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build AI models powering the company's HR SaaS platform.Work across the full ML lifecycle - from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoring in production.Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into AI solutions.Use modern NLP and GenAI techniques to improve engagement features.Contribute to the development of data pipelines, model APIs, and MLOps workflows to support delivery.Your ProfileProven experience in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
