Senior Penetration Testers (NATO Secret Cleared) Belgium – Hybrid (Mons) We are pursuing an opportunity within a NATO environment and are seeking Senior Penetration Testers, including a Lead Tester, to support grey-box penetration testing activities. Active NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory (no sponsorship). Working Model Lead Tester: On-site in Mons, Belgium once per week Senior Testers: Primarily remote with on-site travel as required Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30 CET (excluding NATO holidays) Key Responsibilities Participate in test scoping and planning with NATO stakeholders Conduct grey-box penetration testing using NATO-approved tools Perform all testing on NATO-furnished REACH laptops Work in line with NATO Rules of Engagement and security policies Produce clear technical findings and support reporting/debriefs Required Experience Senior-level penetration testing / ethical hacking experience Strong grey-box testing background Experience in high-security or government environments Excellent technical reporting and stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have NATO or defence-sector experience Lead Tester or team coordination experience Why Apply?
