Als gevolg van onze groei zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste Accounting Manager Benelux.

JOUW ROLAls Accounting Manager Benelux ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:
- Het coachen en aansturen van een team van 3 accountants (AP/AR).
- Het voorbereiden van winst- en verliesrekeningen voor 3 organisaties in de Benelux (maandelijks, per kwartaal en jaarafsluiting).
- Het verzamelen en analyseren van financiële informatie ter voorbereiding van boekingen.
- Het optimaliseren van financiële processen en systemen om efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid te verbeteren.
- Het controleren van dagelijkse boekhoudactiviteiten, waaronder facturatie, crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, betalingen en bankafstemmingen.
- Het verzorgen van BTW-, intracom- en andere aangiftes.
- Het monitoren van de financiële prestaties van de organisaties en het identificeren van eventuele afwijkingen.
Je komt te werken in een gedreven en ervaren team van professionals.
Minimale VereistenOm in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie, voldoe je aan de volgende criteria:
- Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting, zoals accountancy en fiscaliteit, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in vergelijkbare functies, inclusief leidinggevende ervaring.
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal uitstekend, en kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van Excel en bent bekend met andere Office-toepassingen.
- Ervaring met Exact Globe is een pluspunt.
- Je kunt goed omgaan met deadlines.
- Je bent op zoek naar een brede rol als accountant, waarin je het hele financiële proces van A tot Z beheert.
- Je bent flexibel tijdens drukkere periodes.
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en neemt graag initiatief.
- Een voltijds dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd.
