Role:As a Mobile IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our customers at various locations, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issuesYou will work independently or as part of a teamInstalling, upgrading, supporting, and resolving issues with end-user workspace hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipmentYou will analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active DirectoryImplementing software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologiesYou will document your approach and resolution of issues in a ticketing systemAsset managementThis position involves traveling to various customer locationsRequirements:Fluent in French & English.
