You'll help shape the future of our heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions by ensuring that new and customized products are developed efficiently, sustainably, and ready for production.You as Project Manager - New Product Development & Industrialization:As Project Manager – New Product Development and Industrialization, you guide development projects from concept to industrialization. You coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure aligned decision-making, and secure professional execution according to Jaga's development standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management from Concept to IndustrializationCoordinate NPD projects from idea generation to industrial handover.Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, budgets, and resource planning.Report progress, bottlenecks, and key risks to stakeholders and management.Ensure structured execution according to Jaga's development standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Marketing.Facilitate clear communication and consistent alignment between teams.Identify operational bottlenecks early and drive practical, solution-driven follow-up.Support the development of a professional and consistent project culture within the organization.Co-Engineering with CustomersManage customer-specific product development projects in close collaboration with R&D, Technical Support, and Sales.Translate customer requirements into clear technical deliverables and ensure alignment with internal capabilities.Coordinate with the Production team to plan, prepare, and follow up on manufacturing activities for co-engineering projects.Monitor timelines, validation steps, and design changes, ensuring full stakeholder alignment and on-time delivery.Project Organization and DocumentationMaintain structured project documentation across all ongoing development projects.Use dashboards, action lists, and risk registers to ensure transparent project control.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability of all project information.This is how you win us over:Experience in project management & new product development within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment.Strong organizational skills and a structured, process-minded working style.Clear and confident communicator able to guide teams without formal authority.Diplomatic, assertive when needed, and comfortable navigating cross-department expectations.Experience with customer-specific development or technical collaboration is a plus.Familiarity with NPD processes, industrialization, or Stage-Gate-like governance is an asset.Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.This is what you can expect from us:A strategic role with real impact on Jaga's innovation journey.A dynamic environment that connects R&D, production, and customer needs.Room for creativity and ownership, with support for your personal growth.A purpose-driven culture focused on sustainable innovation and design.An attractive salary supplemented with meal vouchers (€6).Benefits: Hospitalization insurance, Group insurance, Bike leasing.Lifelong learning through our Jaga Academy.Catching up with colleagues can happen several times a year during our Jaga events
