Functie

AlsSolutions Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen het gedreven salesteam en de klanten. Jouw diepgaande kennis van de mechanischeindustrie en intra-logistieke oplossingen komt tot uiting in detechnische en commerciële ondersteuning die jij biedt, vanaf hetuitwerken van de initiële vraag tot de finale lay-out ofconcept.

  • Jij biedt ondersteuning aanbestaande en nieuwe klanten in de Benelux op zowel technisch alscommercieel gebied. Jij adviseert klanten bij complexe technischeprojecten op het gebied van product handling, automatisering enlogistieke vraagstukken. Hierbij leef jij je in de wereld van deklant in, tracht je hun noden te begrijpen en stel je op basisdaarvan de voor hen beste oplossing voor. Dit vereistinlevingsvermogen, luisteren naar de klant en hen op wegzetten.
  • Jij bedenkt het ‘winnende’ concept opbasis van jouw kennis, ervaring, maar vooral creativiteit.Daarnaast blijf je up-to-date van nieuwetechnologieën.
  • Jij stelt offertes op enrapporteert nauwkeurig klantencontacten in het geavanceerdeERP/CRM-systeem. Jij werkt samen met Account Managers bij hetopvolgen van klantenbezoeken, documentatie en offertes. Tevensondersteun en stuur jij het engineering- en productieteam naargerichte technische oplossingen.

Profiel
  • Technische opleiding in een(elektro)mechanische richting
  • Affiniteit met deautomatiseringsindustrie en de bereidheid om je te ontwikkelen toteen expert in je vak
  • Open-minded, bereid omout-of-the-box te denken, creatief, mee met de laatste stand dertechnologie
  • Analytische denken en 3Dvoorstellingsvermogen
  • Commerciële ennieuwsgierige houding met de vaardigheid om klanten te adviseren eninspireren
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden,zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels; kennis van het Frans is eenpluspunt
