Please do not apply via Linkedin but via our website at: DOT Europe, the voice of Europe's leading internet companies, is looking for a motivated Policy Manager to join our small, highly engaged team. In this role, you'll help shape EU digital policy at the intersection of corporate, political and regulatory debates. You will drive DOT Europe's positions and advocacy on key EU digital files, with a particular focus on data, artificial intelligence, and consumer policy. We are a compact team, so we're looking for someone who works well with others, is comfortable taking initiative, and adapts easily to a fast-moving but enjoyable environment. Main tasks Manage working groups of company representatives and steer the development of the association's positions Draft and disseminate policy papers and other advocacy materials Provide policy analysis and guidance to our corporate members Represent DOT Europe at events, meetings and other public-facing forums Build and maintain a network within the EU institutions and the wider stakeholder community Organise meetings, conferences and seminars Contribute to communications and outreach activities Qualifications University or advanced degree in social sciences, European studies, political science, international relations, European law, or similar 3 to 5 years of experience in EU affairs; familiarity with digital policy is an asset Strong understanding of EU institutions, legislative processes and the broader policy context Excellent command of English and strong drafting skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders Experience managing EU dossiers Strategic mindset and strong networking ability Positive, collaborative team player with a sense of humour What We Offer The opportunity to work directly with the leading internet companies in Europe.
