Onze klant is een producent in medisch toebehoren voor de gezondheidssector. Ze zijn actief in meer dan 20 landen en een gekende speler in hun markt. Om hun team verder uit te breiden zijn ze op zoek naar gemotiveerde medewerkers.
FunctieprofielAls Facility Utility Engineer behoren volgende taken tot je takenpakket:
- Verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van duurzaamheidsgerelateerde (o.a. energiebesparende) maatregelen, monitoring van systemen en het aanleggen van compliancepunten voor de facilitaire afdeling om de duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen te behalen.
- Je denkt mee met projecten rond b.v. stoom, HVAC, energie, explosieveiligheid, waterverbruik. Je beschikt over een goede voorbereiding en zal de projecten zelf goed afhandelen. Waar nodig werk je bij de uitvoering samen met ingenieursbureaus en met aannemers.
- Je plant en implementeert installaties en productielijnen om het gebruik van de beschikbare ruimte te maximaliseren en de productie-efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Je schat de kosten in verband met het inrichtingsontwerp, inclusief apparatuur en materialen en bewaakt het bouwproces.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat vastgestelde efficiëntie- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen worden behaald.
- Je beheert investeringsbudgetten, timing en strategie ten aanzien van de verwachte output.
- Je doet onderzoek naar energiezuinige processen binnen faciliteiten. Je werkt mee aan de milieuvergunning en energiebeleidsovereenkomst in lijn met de lokale/Europese wetgeving.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het actueel houden van de wettelijke duurzaamheidsverplichtingen. Je ondersteunt de afdeling EHS door het verstrekken van noodzakelijke informatie over wettelijk verplichte aspecten.
Voor de opportuniteit van Facility Utility Engineer zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven kandidaten met een Medior ervaring en bij voorkeur in het bezit van een diploma op Bachelor of Master Niveau in een technisch relevante richting.
- Je hebt reeds enkele jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Kennis van ontwerptools (Autocad) en MS Project, GMP en veiligheid CE-voorschriften voor machines, AREI/CODEX.
- Procestechnieken voor nutsvoorzieningen.
- Methode en machines van nutsvoorzieningen.
- Je hebt reeds kennis genomen van de energiebesparing binnen facilitaire processen.
- Persoonlijke competenties: Innoverend, Helicopterview, Organisatorisch sterk, Teamplayer, Milieu en veiligheidsbewust.
- Bij voorkeur ben je woonachtig in de buurt van: Mechelen, Hasselt, Sint Truiden, Leuven, Brussel.
- Arbeidsovereenkomst: Vast Contract Onbepaalde Duur, Zelfstandige activiteit.
