Legal Recruitment Consultant | Lawfirms | From Senior Associate to Partner Wanted: M&A/Private Equity Associate – fast growing environment Belgian qualified Lawyer with 4 to 7 years of experience Experienced in Corporate Law: M&A, Capital raisings, restructurings, investments and divestments, private equity Entrepreneurial and fast‑paced environment on a human scale Your function Cresco is looking to take on an outstanding Associate with relevant corporate experience, particularly in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, restructurings, and investments and divestments of portfolio companies. You will primarily be engaged in: Structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate transactions Structuring and drafting asset purchase agreements Structuring and drafting partnership agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements and joint ventures. You will also advise: Founders, companies, boards of directors Individual executives on a wide range of operational matters and strategic transactions and provide them with on‑going legal support. Your profile You have obtained a Master degree in Law at a Belgian university and have superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. You have 4 to 7 years of experience in complex corporate and venture capital transactions. The ability to independently manage projects and client relationships and collaborate with others is proper to you. You have great work ethics, excellent communication skills and you excel in a fast‑paced environment. You are a Dutch speaker with a near native level of English.
