Als Project Management Officer (PMO) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de strategische projectprocessen binnen Deltalight.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Scoping van projecten in detail om de deliverables te definiëren.
  • Planning / monitoring en coördinatie van projectactiviteiten, dit alles om ervoor te zorgen dat onze strategische projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de vastgelegde scope en kwaliteitsnormen worden afgerond.
  • Ondersteunen en trainen van afdelingsmanagers en projectteams om de doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Het ownership nemen bij het vinden en toewijzen van middelen (mensen, apparatuur en budget) om ervoor te zorgen dat alle gedefinieerde projecten succesvol kunnen afgerond worden.
  • Op basis van een project dashboard binnen het bedrijf ervoor zorgen dat de juiste prioriteiten en beschikbaarheid worden gesteld per project.
  • De Board of Directors en de stakeholders regelmatig informeren en rapporteren met duidelijke dashboards over de status van de projecten. Meer specifiek het houden van follow-up vergaderingen om het project te beoordelen, de risico's te benadrukken en stakeholders te informeren over het project.
Vereisten
  • Je hebt een Masterdiploma met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare projectmanagementfunctie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met bestaande Project Management methodologieën en bent in staat om deze over te dragen aan je interne collega's via training.
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische en coördinatievaardigheden.
  • Met je sterke kritische, analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden ben je een echte steunpilaar voor de eigenaars, het managementteam en de projectleiders.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator in het Nederlands en Engels en bent bedreven in het gebruik van projectmanagementsoftware (bijv. MS Project, Jira, of vergelijkbaar).
  • Je bent een echte verbinder met de projectleiders en werkt als een team naar de gemeenschappelijke doelen toe.
  • Je bent wendbaar en flexibel, gericht op het behalen van strikte deadlines.
  • Je bent gepassioneerd en gedreven in je werk en neemt ownership.
