To support us in our mission, we are currently looking for Public Permit Officers. Are you the one we're looking for? Keep reading Your Key Responsibilities Prepare, encode, and submit permit requests to local authorities in accordance with regional regulations. Ensure complete and accurate documentation for each permit dossier (creation, updates, and follow-up). Monitor the progress of permit applications and proactively follow up with local administrations to ensure timely approvals. Collaborate closely with internal teams (project management, design, and construction) to provide updates on permit statuses and anticipate potential delays. Support compliance with local and European regulatory requirements related to telecom (FTTH) infrastructure projects. Our Expectations Very good computer knowledge (MS Office) Fluent in Dutch and English A basic knowledge of the Belgian telecom industry Preferably a good understanding of the legislation and public regulations regarding FTTH, RHF & BP Any experience in Osiris, GIPOD or PoWalco as digital tooling is required Our Offer Full-time permanent contract.
