Our SaaS platform, Docbyte Vault, helps banks, insurers, pharma companies and public organisations preserve digital documents in a legally valid and compliant way for decades.We are growing and looking for a hands-on Project Manager who brings structure, clarity and momentum to customer projects.Your RoleAs Project Manager, you take ownership of customer onboarding and implementation projects. You coordinate between customers, engineering, Customer Success Engineers and the Product Owner to ensure projects move forward smoothly and finish successfully.This is not a "meeting scheduler" role: You are decisive, solution-oriented and not afraid to dive into functional analysis.What You'll DoManage end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projectsRun workshops, clarify requirements and align expectationsTranslate customer needs into functional specificationsWork closely with CSEs, engineering, PO and CTOKeep projects on track: timelines, deliverables, risks, communicationSupport testing and validate solutions before customer acceptanceDrive progress, remove blockers and proactively solve issuesWho You Are3–7 years experience in project management, SaaS delivery or consultingHands-on, structured, decisive and solution-orientedStrong communicator who creates clarity and builds trustComfortable with technology, integrations and functional analysisAble to challenge unclear requirements and guide customersFluent in Dutch and English and preferably FrenchWhy Join Docbyte?Work on impactful projects in one of Europe's most trusted digital sectorsHigh autonomy, direct ownership and real visibilityCollaborate with COO, CTO, Product Owner and CSE teamHybrid work and a supportive, ambitious environmentGrowth paths: Senior PM, Delivery Lead or Solution ArchitectReady to make things happen?Send your CV or LinkedIn profile to recruitment@docbyte.com.
