We're Hiring: Senior Process Manager – IT Asset Management Are you a driven Process Manager with a passion for optimization, structure, and impact? Do you enjoy bridging business and IT while transforming complex processes into efficient, future-proof solutions? Then this role is for you Your Role As a Senior Process Manager, you bring 5+ years of experience in describing, optimizing, and documenting business processes. You will play a key role in strengthening our IT Asset Management capabilities and driving process maturity across the organization. You will: Act as a bridge between ICT and business, working closely with Product Owners Contribute to and implement new features in a project-based approach Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end process flows Ensure clear, structured, and up-to-date documentation Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including architects and risk functions Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Analyse existing processes and guide stakeholders toward efficient, automated, and compliant-by-design solutions Facilitate and guide workshops with stakeholders Document processes using Visio and maintain traceability of decisions and actions Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback Support problem-solving initiatives with a strong end-to-end process focus Coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization (e.g. incident, change, request management) Perform root cause analyses and define corrective actions Contribute actively to change management activities Tools & Technologies JIRA, Confluence, Office 365 – collaboration & documentation Visio – process documentation Nice to have: ServiceNow – asset & configuration management TRAcIT – governance & compliance support Your Profile Must-haves: Excellent Dutch and English (spoken & written) Strong analytical and conceptual thinking Process- and documentation-driven mindset Project management experience Quality-driven, punctual, and result-oriented Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills Flexible, open to challenges, and eager to improve "Make it happen" mentality Experience & Competences: 5+ years as a Process Manager (Asset Management experience is a strong plus) Collaborating & independent working style Critical and conceptual thinker Strong priority management skills Eager to learn and quick to adapt Ability to translate complex topics into clear, simple messages True team player What We Offer At Kronos by EPSA, you don't just take on a job – you build a career.
