Description:Our team is part of the global IT team. This team plays a key role in supporting our colleagues to work more effectively and efficiently, by providing technical support in a proactive, positive and creative way with great cooperation with the business.
Your Mission- Be an active member of this team, driving ideas with your direct colleagues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and advise on appropriate action.
- Ensure minimal disruption or no disruption to the business.
- Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all involved parties (business, team, suppliers).
- Ensure that knowledge and experience is well documented and shared with colleagues.
- Adhere to roles and responsibilities as described by ITIL.
- Constantly educate Business in the value constraints of IT.
- Follow-up on IT projects where you keep our stakeholders informed and adhere to agreed time and budget.
- Follow-up on the lifecycle management of hardware such as laptops and desktops, printers, video conference systems and software license management.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook, iOS Devices, PowerShell, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policies.
- The ability to understand and support the basics of networking servers, different operating systems, laptop/desktop, network printers and mobile technology.
- The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people.
- Familiar with ITIL processes.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, communicative, and self-organized.
- Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written), structured way of working.
- Ability to write clear documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows.
- Fluency in English and Dutch (written & verbal).
Being able to work on-site in Brussels. Please note that we are specifically looking for someone who is fluent in Dutch. This is an absolute must.
