Senior business analyst to support Satellit's asset management digitalization programme. The role focuses on mapping and standardizing maintenance and operational-safety workflows, gathering and formalizing stakeholder needs into implementation-ready requirements, defining data/information models, reviewing IT functional specifications, executing release validation and testing, and assisting with adoption activities for enterprise asset-management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least five years of professional experience working as a business analyst on operational or IT projects.
- Master's degree in a technical, engineering or economic discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with process modelling and information modelling techniques.
- Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels and for delivering end-user training.
What will you do?
- Create and refine process maps and lead workshops to redesign workflows that raise efficiency, quality and safety in asset operations.
- Elicit stakeholder needs, structure them into prioritized requirements and convert them into implementation items such as epics and user stories for delivery teams.
- Act as the bridge between business and IT by questioning assumptions, reconciling differing viewpoints and approving functional specifications produced by IT analysts.
- Design business information models that define the data elements and relationships needed to support the functional requirements.
- Plan and execute validation activities for software releases, produce test evidence and support users after deployment to ensure correct use of tools.
- Produce end-user training materials and run training sessions, and contribute to change-management actions to secure adoption of new processes and systems.
- Promote harmonization of processes across organizational units and with partner entities to enable common, repeatable system implementations.
