• Je ontvangt en behandelt chauffeurs aan de balie en verwijst deze door naar het magazijn met de juiste papieren.
• Administratief worden operationele dossiers door jou correct opgestart en afgehandeld, klaar voor facturatie. Indien je bepaalde documenten mist, worden deze door jou opgevraagd bij de leverancier.
• Het perfect organiseren, controleren en afleveren van dossiers is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je zorgt er tegelijkertijd voor dat alle opdrachten correct worden doorgegeven aan het magazijn en begeleidt je collega's waar nodig. Uiteindelijk rapporteer je aan jouw teamleader.
• Je verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie omtrent lopende en operationele dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen correct en tijdig op de hoogte zijn van de lopende flow. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte rapportage en opvolging van aangemaakte dossiers in het ERP-systeem (Navitrans of GTR).
• Naast jouw eigen werk heb je oog voor drukte bij je collega's en kan je inspringen waar nodig; je fungeert als een echte back-up.
• Je denkt ondernemend en zelfstandig na over de verbetering en efficiëntie van bestaande werkprocessen en stelt alternatieven voor indien mogelijk.
• Je genoot minimum een secundaire opleiding en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een soortgelijk takenpakket waarbij kennis van de logistieke workflow aantoonbaar is.
• Je bent administratief sterk en kan vlot overweg met gebruikelijke en nieuwe softwarepakketten. Je kan vlot switchen tussen verschillende computerprogramma's.
• Je bezit een groot aanpassingsvermogen en blijft stressbestendig in verschillende situaties, waarbij klantgerichtheid en probleemoplossend denken steeds op de eerste plaats komen.
• Je bent flexibel en draagt collegialiteit hoog in het vaandel als een echte teamspeler.
• Je bent enthousiast om anderen verder te helpen en bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden waarbij je je vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven). Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
