Onze opdrachtgever is een grote werkgever met het karakter van een kleine organisatie: ondernemerschap, korte lijnen en een familiale sfeer. Ze bieden een brede dienstverlening aan met als doel hun klanten te ondersteunen op hun weg naar groei. Binnen het finance team kijken ze uit naar een Data & Reporting Specialist om hun groei waar te maken. Je werkt zowel vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen als in Brussel (naar keuze). Daarnaast krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om enkele dagen van thuis te werken. Als Data & Reporting Specialist vertaal jij de businessnoden naar concrete, logische rapportage-oplossingen. Je beheert complexe datastromen (vanuit Qlick, AFAS, Vena, Power BI) en identificeert de financiële impact hiervan. Je zorgt voor visualisatie van financiële rapportages op niveau van jaarrekening, balans, P&L, consolidatie en cashflow. Kortom, jij neemt een sleutelrol op in het hart van de financiële data en rapportering van de organisatie. Als persoon ben jij iemand die: operationeel graag meedraait in een organisatie; proactief is en voortdurend streeft naar verbetering; een teamplayer is en bijdraagt aan een toffe werksfeer. Verder kan je volgende zaken afvinken: master diploma in HIR, TEW of HW; minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een data-intensieve, analytische rol (eerdere ervaring binnen audit en controlling is wenselijk); je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt kennis van Frans; ervaring met integraties van nieuwe vennootschappen is een plus; een IT-mindset (Excel, Power BI, Qlick, ERP-pakketten).
