As a Business Analyst, you'll be part of the Shared Services domain. To help achieve the organization's goals, you'll collaborate closely with fellow business analysts, developers, testers, project managers, domain architects, business stakeholders, and steering committees.At the start of each project, you conduct thorough analyses, mapping current processes and/or architecture. You identify needs and design business processes with ease, turning complex situations into clear visual flows. You work independently and in teams to define optimal solutions and improvements. You play a key role during the implementation phase, following up closely with teams. You write functional specifications and coordinate them with the development team. For smaller projects, you step in as project manager, including team coordination and planning. We work in a hybrid setup. You'll mainly be based in our Antwerp office, with occasional visits to other locations such as Aachen, Amsterdam, or Ireland depending on the project (not on a structural basis).What makes you a great fit? We're looking for a connector, someone with maturity who can set priorities and simplify complexity. A first experience as a business analyst, functional analyst, or solution architect gives you a strong start. You know how to identify and translate stakeholder needs, and system integrations hold few secrets for you. With your critical and constructive mindset, you enjoy taking initiative, managing projects, and following up proactively. You're fluent in Dutch.You possess a valid work permit and can work in Belgium without sponsorship.What's about to become your second home?
