Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our product teams within the Trading department and help us shape the future of sports betting. You will join the wider Product Management organization, working alongside top talent to design and deliver industry-leading trading tools and systems that drive both operational excellence and customer impact. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy, speed, and reliability of our pricing and risk management capabilities across all markets. Responsibilities Execution: Identify and understand Happening Customer’s behavior and needs to define hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features and journeys. Execution: Create best-in-class product features and journeys that help take the Happening gaming product to the next level. Execution: Work with designers, engineers and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems. Execution: Coordinate product launch plans with marketing, commercial, operations, and support teams. Execution: Develop a deep knowledge of the Happening gaming product. Execution: Be aware of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements, and legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements. Customer and Competitor Insight: Lead on customer research, discovery and defining customer value for our products. Customer and Competitor Insight: Drive discovery and utilize customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organization to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities and behavior. Customer and Competitor Insight: Make data-driven decisions utilizing customer research, behavioral, product and commercial data. Customer and Competitor Insight: Work with Data Analysts to develop the reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behavior. Customer and Competitor Insight: Define what success looks like for our Gaming products and use data to measure success for our products. Customer and Competitor Insight: Be responsible for the measurement and success of the product in-life and testing and iterating on the product to achieve the product objectives measured through success metrics. Customer and Competitor Insight: Awareness of our key competitors and ongoing monitoring of competitor offering. Influencing People: Engage with your stakeholders to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback, where appropriate. Influencing People: Set the right expectations with stakeholders and effectively communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Understand the overall strategic direction of the company and how your area relates. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Build and maintain a roadmap for your area that aims to deliver on short-term and long-term objectives, aligned with the overall company and product strategy. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Drive your roadmap from ideation and product discovery through to in-life product. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Prioritize initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Be responsible for inputting into and defining the quarterly Objectives and Key Results within your product team. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering teams developing B2C products. Customer-focused and data-driven with a passion for solving customer problems. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Self-motivated, organized and able to drive the Product Strategy. Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies. Excellent English language skills. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Employment type: Full-time.
