We are looking for a Medior Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Employment and Benefits practice group.

Our Employment & Benefits practice covers the full range of employment and benefits issues that employers may have to deal with from an HR perspective. Our team has extensive experience in alternative (flexible) remuneration, restructuring and change processes. We assist national and international clients with the recruitment and reward of (top-)managers from a legal and tax (cross-border) perspective. Our team members regularly argue before the Belgian labour courts and are frequent guest speakers at (international) conferences on employment law.

We are looking for a Medior Associate to work on a wide range of international and national employment law matters under the supervision of the Partners and/or Senior Associates.

Are you the one we are looking for?

  • You hold a Master's degree in Belgian law and have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in employment law, preferably acquired in a Belgian or International law firm.
  • You have a perfect knowledge of French, a very good knowledge of English, and at least a good passive knowledge of Dutch.
  • You have the ability to conduct thorough and creative analyses, to present arguments effectively and persuasively in writing and orally, and you enjoy finding pragmatic solutions to meet our clients' needs.
  • You work independently and proactively and are results-oriented. You are a team player and communicate easily with both colleagues and clients.
  • You wish to develop in a professional environment of quality and improve your skills in the search for appropriate solutions for the client.
