Business Controller - Main Responsibilities: Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with the Country Manager to provide insightful analysis and translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs. Financial Reporting: Implement and lead the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate insights to drive business decisions. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budget and rolling forecast processes, adapting to market changes and identifying corrective actions. Sales Force Integration: Ensure sales force effectiveness is seamlessly integrated into financial management. Supply Chain Coordination: Manage supply forecast processes to prevent stock issues and optimize inventory. Business Intelligence: Enhance the efficiency and quality of business intelligence tools to support decision-making. Business Controller - Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French; Flemish is a plus. Experience: At least 5 years in financial controlling or a similar role. Educational Background: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Business Controller - Our Client Offers You: Competitive Salary: Up to €80,000 per year.
