Customer Support Medewerker, East Flanders

Je bent de doortastende schakel tussen onze klanten en onze organisatie. Via telefoon, e-mail of in de officina zelf help je apothekers en apotheekassistenten met hun technische vragen en geef je advies waar nodig. Zo werk je mee aan onze kwaliteitsvolle service.

Jouw functie:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de apotheker en behandelt dagelijks de vragen van klanten. Die vragen zijn zowel technisch, als gerelateerd aan het gebruik van de software.
  • Je beheert de relatie met de klant, zowel telefonisch, als via e-mail of remote.
  • Je registreert de vragen van de apotheker die je vervolgens interpreteert, afstemt met de interne organisatie en opvolgt tot voldoening van de klant. Je rust niet tot de klant tevreden is.
  • De diversiteit aan vragen van de apotheker en de constante evolutie en innovatie in deze sector vraagt een flexibele aanpak en daagt je uit om je constant in te werken in de nieuwigheden.
  • Je draagt bij tot het voortdurend verbeteren van de diensten van ons bedrijf, en bijgevolg ook tot de tevredenheid van de klanten. Je handelt jouw interventies op een professionele manier af.
  • Je kan goed luisteren, bent communicatief sterk en vlot 2-talig NL/FR.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, leergierig, weet van aanpakken en hebt zin voor initiatief.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, straalt vertrouwen en zelfvertrouwen uit in je contacten met de klant.
  • Een brede kennis op ICT-gebied, zowel voor hardware als software, of een relevante werkervaring binnen ICT en/of de apotheeksector is een pluspunt.
  • Een boeiende gevarieerde job met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit.
  • Het permanent bijwerken van eigen vakkennis.
