Als Account Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter omzetgroei bij klanten. Je bouwt langdurige relaties uit en zorgt ervoor dat hun behoeften op vlak van design, duurzaamheid, budget en timing steeds beantwoord worden. Je begrijpt hun uitdagingen, ziet commerciële kansen en positioneert jouw bedrijf als strategische, waarde-toevoegende partner. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor regio Limburg met een sporadische verplaatsing naar Luxemburg. Ben jij een strategische sales professional met passie voor relatiebeheer en het sluiten van nieuwe deals? Thrive je in een dynamische omgeving? Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Accountmanagement; single point of contact voor klanten. Relaties opbouwen met key decision-makers (real estate, procurement, facility management, design teams). Behoeften en strategische prioriteiten van klanten begrijpen en vertalen naar oplossingen. Onderhandelen van raamcontracten, prijsafspraken en service modellen. Nieuwe business opportuniteiten identificeren en bestaande accounts verder uitbouwen. Jouw profiel Industry expertise & sales excellence: ervaring in B2B, bij voorkeur in projectgedreven verkoop Business development success: bewezen track record in het laten groeien van accounts en binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten. Ondernemend en resultaatgericht Relatiebouwer: sterke netwerker Teamspeler: zelfstandig sterk, maar ook gericht op kennisdeling en samenwerking.
