For our client, a leading player in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Business Advisor

Used Trucks (F/M). If you're passionate about the automotive world, thrive on customer interactions, and love seeing deals come to life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

What you'll do:

  • Be the expert: Understand customer needs inside out, providing top-notch advice and technical insights to match them with the perfect truck.
  • Deliver excellence: Oversee vehicle preparation and ensure a seamless handover experience for your customers.
  • Grow the network: Build and maintain a strong customer database while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Seal the deal: Negotiate win-win sales within set margins, including offering financial services and warranty extensions.
  • Stay ahead: Keep the team informed on market trends, customer insights, and technical feedback to maintain a competitive edge.

What you bring:

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience at a senior level.
  • Sales experience, preferably in the truck sector.

Knowledge & Affinity:

  • A solid understanding of the automotive industry, specifically trucks.
  • Interest in logistics and transport.
  • Basic technical truck knowledge—don't worry, you don't need to build one from scratch

Skills that set you apart:

  • A natural negotiator with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers at all levels.

Languages:

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
