Dit is jouw kans om niet alleen cliënten te begeleiden door het volledige M&A-proces, maar ook om actief mee te bouwen aan de groei van onze M&A-praktijk binnen een dynamische, internationale omgeving. Als Senior Legal Manager ben jij de trusted advisor voor onze cliënten. Je neemt de leiding over alle juridische aspecten van M&A-transacties en zorgt ervoor dat elk detail klopt – van de eerste onderhandelingen tot de closing. Je combineert juridische expertise met strategisch inzicht en commerciële flair. Transacties begeleiden: Je coördineert en beheert alle juridische aspecten van M&A-deals, inclusief due diligence, contractonderhandelingen en closing. Documentatie & onderhandelingen: Je stelt cruciale documenten op (NDA’s, LOI’s, SPA’s, asset purchase agreements) en leidt onderhandelingen voor zowel kopers als verkopers. Risicoanalyse: Je identificeert juridische risico’s en adviseert over mitigatiestrategieën. Corporate & commercial advies: Naast M&A bied je ook breder juridisch advies aan ondernemingen. Teamontwikkeling: Je coacht junior collega’s en draagt bij aan kennisdeling binnen het team. Master in Rechten, met grondige kennis van Belgisch recht. Minstens 8 jaar ervaring in M&A-transacties, bij voorkeur in een (internationaal) advocatenkantoor of multidisciplinaire omgeving. Uitstekende drafting- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Sterk businessgericht en analytisch ingesteld. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
