En tant que HR Business Analyst, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la mise à jour de nos applications RH, garantissant ainsi leur alignement continu avec les besoins variés de notre organisation. Vous améliorez ainsi l'expérience de nos clients internes.
Quel est votre rôle à la SNCB ?
En tant que HR Business Analyst, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Vous analysez les demandes de changement (Change Request) à apporter à nos applications RH afin d'évaluer le coût du développement et le retour sur investissement (ROI).
- Vous concevez des solutions avec un business case et adaptez les processus en conséquence. Il s'agit d'applications telles que la demande de congé, l'outil de gestion de la performance, le chatbot HR, ...
- Vous analysez les incidents en collaboration avec nos équipes IT afin d'identifier et de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés.
- Vous traitez les "Service Request" envoyés par nos collègues en première ligne.
- Vous collaborez activement sur des projets gérés par vos collègues de votre service HR Program Office (PMO).

Un job fait pour vous ?
- Vous possédez un diplôme de master (ou équivalent par expérience) ET vous disposez d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la traduction des besoins du business en applications IT en tant que Business Analyst.
Vous vous reconnaissez dans les compétences suivantes :
- Votre esprit critique et analytique vous permet de repérer rapidement les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Vous disposez de bonnes compétences en communication et êtes en mesure d'échanger, et négocier avec vos clients internes, tant en français et en néerlandais. La connaissance de l'anglais est essentiel afin de communiquer avec nos équipes IT.
- Vous travaillez de façon structurée et savez distinguer l'essentiel de l'accessoire tout en veillant à rester précis et clair dans vos analyses et recommandations.
- Vous êtes collaboratif et savez travaillez en toute autonomie pour atteindre les résultats souhaités, tout en respectant les délais fixés.
Une expérience en gestion de processus HR, avec SAP HR et/ou SuccessFactors, constitue un atout mais n'est pas obligatoire. Intérêt pour les sujets et données RH essentiel.
