En tant que Reliability Manager vous travaillez pour le département Maintenance Engineering au sein de la Business Unit Bus (BUB).
La BUB est la plus grande unité opérationnelle de la STIB et compte près de 3000 collaborateurs et collaboratrices. La BUB est une unité en pleine expansion et en développement continu. Le plan directeur bus, la construction de nouveaux dépôt à la pointe de la technologie, le plan d'électrification bus (Parc véhicule totalement électrique d'ici 2030), la digitalisation et modernisation de nos outils informatiques, sont quelques exemples de la transformation et des défis au sein de la BUB.
En tant que Reliability Manager, vous proposez et assurez la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de fiabilisation des assets par le biais de l'amélioration de la Fiabilité, la Maintenabilité, la disponibilité, la qualité et la sécurité. Ces axes 5 axes sont constamment à optimiser notamment via la réalisation des instructions et méthodes, monitoring des performances et des plans d'action court terme / long terme pour atteindre nos objectifs de performance.
Vous êtes responsable d'une équipe de Reliability Engineer et de technicien d'implémentation (6 personnes).
De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?- Vous développez et implémentez la stratégie opérationnelle de cycle de vie des assets de BUB Technical en collaboration avec le « Planification & Asset Manager ».
- Vous allez proposer les plans de maintenance et l'optimisation de ces derniers en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
- Vous assurez que tous les processus maintenance sont bien utilisés et respectés par les garages en mettant en place et en organisant le suivi à l'aide de la surveillance de process.
- Veiller au déploiement d'une stratégie « Reliability Centered Maintenance » pour mettre en avant la fiabilisation
- Vous veillez à l'optimisation continue des plans de maintenance afin d'atteindre les performances exigées pour nos assets.
- Veiller à une bonne collaboration avec les autres départements (RST, Technical Engineering, Contract management, …)
- Veiller à mettre en place une bonne organisation/ planification des tâches des collaborateurs (fixer des priorités, structurer le travail, résoudre les problèmes, organiser, gérer les ressources,…)
Profiel kandidaat
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme niveau Master à orientation technique ou d'un diplôme niveau Bachelier avec expérience dans le domaine de la fiabilisation (minimum 5 ans d'expérience).
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences en gestion de projet et une bonne connaissance des méthodes et activités liées à la maintenance et la gestion du cycle de vie d'installations techniques. Une premiere expérience en gestion d'équipe est un plus.
- Vous maitrisez MS Office, une connaissance de SAP est un plus.
- Vos qualités personnelles : vision systémique et esprit analytique, sens du leadership (motiver, soutenir et coacher), bon sens de l'organisation et de priorisation, autonomie et responsabilité, orientation client.
- Vous êtes francophone et/ou néerlandophone avec connaissance de l'autre langue nationale, la maitrise de l'anglais est un plus.
