In this assignment, you will play a key role in driving governance, compliance and operational excellence across supplier and service-related activities. Your main responsibilities include:Reviewing and enhancing sourcing, procurement, vendor and service governance policies and proceduresSupporting the integration of DORA requirements into operational practicesCollecting and analysing data from IT and non-IT teams for regulatory and risk assessmentsAssessing supplier criticality and contributing to reporting obligationsSupporting the optimisation and development of internal tools (O365, ServiceNow)Ensuring smooth collaboration between IT, Business and management stakeholdersContributing to ongoing transformation initiatives in an Agile-driven environmentYou bring:10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, IT Service Management, Procurement, Outsourcing or similar fieldsStrong understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk managementExperience working in regulated environments and/or with ICT-related regulations (DORA is a plus)Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage with all levels including managementStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude and ability to operate autonomouslyExperience with Agile environments is an assetAbility to communicate clearly and structure complex information
