SAP Logistics & Process Integration AnalystThe RoleYou will support global logistics operations by acting as a key link between business processes and systems. The role focuses on SAP logistics expertise, EDI/interface management with logistics partners, and continuous improvement initiatives. Positioned as part of a small center-of-excellence team, you will help ensure stable operations, troubleshoot system and process issues, support end users, and contribute to harmonization projects across the global supply chain. The culture combines operational excellence with a strong people-focused mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport global logistics operations by troubleshooting SAP and process-related issuesManage and optimize SAP logistics processes and master data governanceMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve EDI and system interfaces with 3PL partnersAct as first-level support for end users, including incident follow-up and trainingParticipate in process harmonization and continuous improvement initiativesRepresent logistics operations in cross-functional and global supply chain projectsContribute to system and process documentation and knowledge sharingOccasionally support urgent order or shipment execution during operational peaksRequirementsMust have:Hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules (ECC or S/4HANA; MM, SD, EWM exposure preferred)Experience managing or supporting EDI or system interfaces with 3PLs (mandatory)Strong analytical skills and ability to understand end-to-end logistics processesFluency in English (mandatory)Ability to work autonomously after onboardingStrong team spirit and collaborative mindsetNice to have:French language skillsExperience in a regulated or pharmaceutical environmentExposure to continuous improvement methodologiesInitial project management experience
