Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Sustainability Consultant om het team ‘Duurzame strategie en transformatie’ te versterken en bedrijven te ondersteunen bij het structureel integreren van duurzaamheid in hun bedrijfsvoering.

Onze unit duurzame strategie en transformatie is in volle ontwikkeling. Als consultant maak je deel uit van het ambitieuze team van strategy consultants. In jouw rol begeleid je dagdagelijks klanten in projecten met het oog op het opzetten van een duurzamere bedrijfsvoering, waarbij je intensief samenwerkt met het C-level van deze bedrijven, onder meer in de vorm van workshops. Het resultaat is duurzame bedrijfsvoering die doet groeien

Functie omschrijving

  • Je organiseert en begeleidt workshops – met als doel het opstellen van een duurzame strategie en transformatieplan. Dit doe je binnen verschillende bedrijven en in diverse industrieën. Je gesprekspartners bevinden zich meestal op C-level niveau.
  • Je ondersteunt je collega’s consultants bij het voorbereiden van de workshop door het reviseren van de uitgewerkte projectdocumenten.
  • Je verzamelt en structureert de juiste bedrijfsinformatie en brengt deze stap voor stap tot een kader dat de strategische lijnen uitzet van hoe duurzaamheid in de bedrijfsvoering geïntegreerd kan worden.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van wat duurzaamheid betekent binnen de bedrijfswereld en leert de verschillende associaties en organisaties kennen in dit vakgebied.
  • Je leeft je in in de verschillende departementen en bedrijfsprofielen van klanten en kan de methodologie vlot vertalen naar de noden van elk van deze profielen.
  • Je bent je bewust van de moeilijkheden en mogelijke weerstand die gepaard gaan met verandering en kan creatief mee nadenken om verandering binnen bedrijven te vergemakkelijken.
  • Je wordt een pionier in je vakgebied en zal bedrijven ondersteunen om op een structurele manier een geloofwaardige duurzaamheidsbelofte op te bouwen en te integreren in hun bedrijfsvoering.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het team ‘Duurzame strategie en transformatie' en rapporteert aan de director van de unit.
  • Je hebt een bewezen ervaring als consultant en houdt ervan verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd te behartigen.
  • Je bezit een zekere professionele maturiteit en kan je vlot bewegen op C-level niveau. Door je ervaring heb je voldoende voeling met de diverse verhoudingen binnen een bedrijfsvoering.
  • Je hebt een strategisch denkvermogen en bent sterk in het verwerken van een veelheid aan informatie tot een logisch geheel. Je weet hoe te werken met een methodologie en staat open om je volledig in te werken in de Encon methodologie.
  • Je beschikt over sterke project management vaardigheden en houdt ervan om verschillende projecten te behartigen.
  • Je bezit een hoge mate van wendbaardheid en bent gedreven om nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt een groot aanpassingsvermogen en kan je inleven in je gesprekspartner. Deze flexibiliteit maakt dat je je succesvol kan bewegen in een vaak veranderende professionele werkomgeving.
  • Je bent kritisch en durft de conventionele systemen op een constructieve manier in vraag stellen.
  • Je staat open voor weerwoord en leert je bewust te worden van de juiste handvaten om hier professioneel en objectief mee om te gaan.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en vertaalt aanbevelingen probleemloos naar consultative selling.
  • Je bent het gewoon om nauw samen te werken in team en weet je communicatie eenvoudig aan te passen aan de personen die voor je zitten.
  • Je hebt een passie voor duurzaamheid en gelooft dat duurzaamheid start bij een goede structuur en juiste afspraken binnen een bedrijf.
