Functieomschrijving Voor deze functie van Service Engineer : U coördineert en volgt de spin-offs en add-ons op, inclusief de planning van de dagelijkse en wekelijkse werkzaamheden in samenwerking met de servicedesk. U zorgt voor de interne communicatie: samenwerken met de servicedesk voor de planning en voorbereiding, en rapporteren aan de Contract Manager. U volgt en ondersteunt de technici. U zorgt ervoor dat de juiste persoon aan de juiste taak wordt toegewezen en vraagt trainingen aan op basis van de behoeften. U ziet toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften. U zorgt voor de externe communicatie. Functie-eisen Uw profiel als Service Engineer : U beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een technische richting. U bent tweetalig in het Frans en het Nederlands. U heeft een eerste ervaring in de HVAC-sector. U kunt een probleem analyseren en een oplossing bieden. U bezit de certificaten G1, G2 en VCA.
