Working on-site in Braine-l’Alleud, you will play a key role in maintaining secure, resilient, and high-availability data platforms that underpin essential international operations.Key Responsibilities (All Roles)Administer, maintain, and optimise enterprise database systemsSupport migrations from on-premises to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure SQL)Implement and maintain High Availability (HA) / Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures and backup strategiesMonitor performance, generate technical reports, and address issues proactivelyManage lifecycle activities, upgrades, patching, and roadmap alignmentEnsure operational continuity within a strict security and compliance frameworkDevelop automation and tooling for database operations (PowerShell, CI/CD, Ansible)Support reporting and analytics technologies (PowerBI, SSRS/SSIS, Oracle Analytics)Desired Technical Exposure (Varies by Position)Microsoft SQL Server (On-Premises & Azure SQL)Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQLPowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, GrafanaOracle BI Stack (OBIEE, ODI, OAS)Middleware: WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, ORDSHA/DR technologies including clustering, replication, and virtualisationAutomation and scripting (PowerShell, Ansible)Operating systems: Linux/UNIX and Windows ServerThese roles offer the opportunity to contribute directly to critical NATO capabilities, working in advanced infrastructure environments while supporting cloud transformation and service modernisation initiatives.Apply now or reach out to Lydia wills at Lydia.wills@church-int.com
