About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the warehouse. We are a multi-customer site where you will manage several customers.

Task package:

  • You prioritize & divide the operational tasks among your team of employees so that they are carried out correctly and efficiently.
  • You are responsible for the planning of your personnel and material.
  • You are the first point of contact for problems and provide solutions.
  • You monitor the correct implementation of the work instructions and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You report to the site manager.
  • You are responsible for conducting evaluation interviews and recruiting staff.
  • You optimize the processes in collaboration with the team based on volumes and customer requirements.
  • You welcome new employees and encourage rapid integration into the team.
  • You are responsible for drawing up processes and work instructions.

Are you the perfect fit?

  • You already have several years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
  • You have experience in setting up improvement projects and optimizations.
  • Language skills: Dutch: very good, English: good.
  • You are proficient with Excel (tables, filters, data analysis) in preparation for business meetings.
  • You can keep an overview and you are a people coach.
