De Landsbond van de Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen is de Belgische koepelorganisatie voor drie onafhankelijke ziekenfondsen: Partenamut, Helan en de Freie Krankenkasse. De ziekenfondsen zijn socialezekerheidsorganisaties die aanvullende gezondheidsdiensten bieden aan Belgische burgers. Ze zijn aangesloten bij de Landsbond, die instaat voor de coördinatie en hen wettelijk vertegenwoordigt op nationaal niveau. We werken samen met onze ziekenfondsen om de toegang tot de zorg te bevorderen en om de belangen van onze leden te verdedigen. Functieomschrijving Word jij onze nieuwe support als arts? Medical Experts spelen een sleutelrol in de kwaliteitsverbetering en efficiëntie van de medische processen binnen MLOZ Insurance. Als domeinexpert draag je bij aan de medische evaluatie van dossiers, de ontwikkeling van strategische projecten en de samenwerking met interne en externe partners. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden 1. Medische processen bepalen, ondersteunen en optimaliseren Medische beslissingsregels voor aansluitingsaanvragen, terugbetalingsaanvragen en aanvragen voor de Waarborg Zware Ziektes vastleggen en bijwerken Zorgen voor duidelijke en consistente medische beslissingen Samenwerken met de Medical Expert bij de begeleiding van Medical Expert Officers Bij afwezigheid van de Medical Expert de eindverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het operationele medische proces 2. Bijdragen aan projectrealisaties Medisch advies geven bij strategische projecten in samenwerking met interne afdelingen (Productbeheer, Kostenbeheersing, enz.) en externe partners (ziekenfondsen, enz.) Medische input leveren voor analyses, nieuwe producten, nieuwe tegemoetkomingen, enz. 3. Strategieën vertalen naar concrete acties Trends, uitdagingen en kansen binnen het medische domein herkennen Bijdragen aan de implementatie van innovatieve oplossingen in de producten van MLOZ Insurance 4.
