Lead.NET Developer

ContextWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead .NET Developer to contribute to the design and development of Web APIs in .NET Core and to take technical leadership within the Integration team (5 colleagues: developers, analysts, architects). Azure will be your main working environment, and you will play a key role in shaping robust integration solutions and driving technical excellence inside the team.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & IntegrationDesign, develop and maintain Web APIs in ASP.NET / .NET 8+Build robust integrations based on proven Integration PatternsImplement integration solutions on Azure (Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management, Functions, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, hybrid connectivity, security, logging & metrics)Contribute to microservices-oriented architecture and cloud design patternsParticipate in the setup, evolution, and optimization of CI/CD pipelinesWork within an Agile SCRUM environmentTechnical LeadershipCoordinate development activities (task distribution, follow-up, technical support)Perform code reviews, ensuring compliance with standards, security, performance, and observability best practicesProvide accurate effort and risk estimationsParticipate in architectural decisions and guide the team in critical technical choicesTechnical Skills.NET / API Development: .NET 8 or higher, Web API / ASP.NETStrong development practices: testing, security, performance, observabilityAzure : Hands-on experience with Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Application Insights, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Identity & Security (Azure AD), Hybrid connectivity, Logging & metricsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and related toolingMicroservices architectures & Cloud design patternsStrong experience designing and consuming APIs, ideally with: SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Dynamics, Autodesk ACC / Vault, Mendix, NitroSolid mastery of integration patterns (messaging, routing, transformation, orchestration, error handling, retries, idempotency, etc.)Nice-to-Have SkillsBlazorWPFEntity Framework CoreDocument generation tools (Carbone, Windward Studios)LanguagesRequired: French & EnglishNice to have: Additional languages
