Our client is looking for a Process Expert to join them on a contract basis. Please be aware for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak English. You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time. Key responsibilities Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework, creating consistency and standardization across teams. (e.g. delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management, ...) Ensure compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs caused by our sources. Coach and collaborate with our key partners, enabling them to steer and continuously simplify and optimize processes across the organization. Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential. Required skills Has strong analytical skills, create structure in complex matters. Has a proven experience in IT delivery and/or Production. Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and excels in multidisciplinary environments. Can facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders. Can produce high-quality written content, structure information cleanly. Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g., Pdca, value stream mapping,..). Familiarity with IT Management Frameworks. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
