Mission Context You will join the Market & Customer Analysis team, acting as a business and data analyst. You will collaborate closely with team members and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into testable hypotheses using available client data. Your role will combine business knowledge, analytical skills, and critical thinking to extract relevant data, analyze it, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Your Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights Gather, transform, and analyze raw data using advanced sourcing and data manipulation techniques. Deliver insights that generate business impact and improve customer strategies. Prepare clear and concise presentations (PPT) summarizing key conclusions and recommendations based on data. Collaboration & Support Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into relevant hypotheses. Identify key data variables, understand data sources, and ensure high-quality analysis. Support business teams in responding to client-data related questions and needs. Your Profile Experience & Knowledge Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics. Strong knowledge of banking and insurance products and sector. Proven experience with SAS EG, SQL, Python for data extraction and transformation. Tableau reporting skills; knowledge of Power BI or Excel is a plus. Ability to perform ad hoc queries and set up reports independently. Education & Certification Master's degree in Economics or related field with significant experience in data analytics in a business context. Languages Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (mandatory). Soft Skills Team player with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills. Analytical thinker with excellent synthesis abilities. Autonomous, committed, flexible, and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Customer-oriented, critical, and focused on delivering actionable results.
