Als Allround Officer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en werfleiders. Je verwerkt hun bestellingen in het systeem en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging. Dit omvat: Orders registreren en leverbonnen afdrukken Opdrachten doorgeven aan heftruckchauffeurs en transportfirma's Planningen opmaken via een transporttool Daarnaast ontvang je bezoekers op kantoor en behandel je inkomende telefoons en e-mails. Profiel Klantgericht en communicatief sterk Nauwkeurig en administratief onderlegd Probleemoplossend en stressbestendig Goed in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen Technische kennis is een pluspunt Je kan Franstalige klanten vlot te woord staan Ervaring in beton, bouw of productieomgeving is een troef Professionele vaardigheden Telefonisch contact en doorverbinden Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren Onthaal van bezoekers en identificatie van hun vragen Administratieve dossiers samenstellen en controleren Persoonlijke vaardigheden Samenwerken en kritisch denken Commercieel inzicht en klantgerichtheid Zelfstandig en flexibel Stressbestendig en resultaatgericht Aanbod Loon volgens kennis en ervaring Maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering Mogelijkheid tot fietslease Eindejaarspremie 12 betaalde ADV-dagen bij voltijdse tewerkstelling Locatie: Tessenderlo Adecco Permanent Recruitment Hub werkt enkel op vacatures die jou een onmiddellijk vast contract garanderen.
