The client works with a mature Agile model, a clear architecture, and long-term product ownership — no chaotic firefighting, no unclear specs, no "just ship it". You'd join their .NET Center of Excellence, contributing to both new feature development and long-term application stability. Clean code, good practices, and engineering discipline aren't "nice to have" — they're the baseline. What you'll do Feature Development & Change Requests Estimate workload based on functional analysis. Perform technical analysis (occasionally functional as well). Implement features following internal standards and secure development practices. Produce clear technical documentation. Write unit and functional tests. Deploy across multiple environments (DEV → PROD). Actively participate in Scrum rituals and contribute to continuous improvement. Application Maintenance Collect, investigate and fix bugs. Implement, test and deploy patches. Ensure application stability and performance. Apply secure coding and CyberSecurity principles. Collaboration You'll work closely with project managers, architects, testers, and functional/technical analysts. You can propose multiple technical solutions, explain trade-offs, and provide reliable estimations. Depending on the project scope, a rotating on-call duty may be required (up to 1 week/month). What we're looking for We're searching for someone who checks most of these boxes Technical Skills (must-haves) Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core C# Entity Framework ASP.NET / MVC REST APIs / WebAPI Batch jobs Solid front-end expertise: Angular TypeScript / JavaScript HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Strong SQL knowledge and relational DB experience. Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, SOLID and dependency injection. Experience with unit testing. Proficiency with Git. Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira + comfortable with code reviews. Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines. Nice to Have NgRx (state management). Azure DevOps pipelines. ADFS (authentication & authorization). Node.js or jQuery (legacy awareness). Soft Skills Team player with a collaborative mindset. Proactive and autonomous. Strong analytical skills. Communicative, both written and verbal. Willing to share knowledge. Customer-oriented and pragmatic. Languages French: native or near-native. English: B2 (professional working proficiency). Dutch: optional bonus.
