Als Productie Scheduler bij Farm Frites ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, beheren en optimaliseren van de productieplanning voor de korte termijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat productie op tijd en in de juiste volgorde plaatsvinden, zodat we voldoen aan de klantverwachtingen en interne doelstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, zoals operations, productieplanner, magazijn, materiaalplanning en zorgt voor een naadloze afstemming van alle processen.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het opstellen van gedetailleerd productieplan, rekening houdend met capaciteit en beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een tijdige en efficiënte uitvoering van het productieplan.
  • Het monitoren van de voortgang van de productie en het bijstellen van de planning waar nodig.
  • Communiceren met operations, productieplanner, magazijn en materiaalplanner om wijzigingen in de planning door te voeren en knelpunten op te lossen.
  • Het analyseren van productiegegevens en het rapporteren van resultaten aan Supply Planning manager.
  • Het signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan optimalisatie van de planning en het productieproces.
  • Het beheren van voorraden en het afstemmen van de benodigde grondstoffen met magazijn en materiaalplanner.

Je team: Hiërarchische zal de functie rapporteren binnen de fabriek. Functioneel maak je deel uit van de afdeling Supply Chain. Je rapporteert aan de Manufacturing Manager en Supply Planning Manager.

Opleiding en vaardigheden:

  • Professionele bachelor, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek of bedrijfskunde.
  • Kennis van planning- en logistiek gerelateerde bedrijfsprocessen bij voorkeur MRP I en II planning.
  • Sterke organisatorische en analytische vaardigheden, met het vermogen om onder druk te werken.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en in staat om knelpunten snel te signaleren en op te lossen.
  • Communicatief vaardig, met de capaciteit om effectief te schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen.
