Jouw rol:
Als Traffic Coördinator ben jij de schakel tussen de terminal, vervoerders en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle transportactiviteiten soepel verlopen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging en afhandeling van alle truck orders. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en klantgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een efficiënte en veilige afhandeling van het vrachtverkeer op onze terminal.
Wat ga je doen als Traffic Coördinator?
- Coördineren van inkomend en uitgaand vrachtverkeer via wegtransport (trucks).
- Toewijzen van tijdslots en beheren van het slotboekingssysteem.
- Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vervoerders en klanten, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail.
- Opvolgen van transportorders en proactief ingrijpen bij eventuele knelpunten.
- Correct afhandelen van transport- en douanedocumenten, inclusief CMR, ADR en andere wettelijke vereisten.
- Samenwerken met interne teams zoals Customer Service, Operatoren en Shift Leaders.
- Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels binnen de transportactiviteiten.
Wat verlangen we van jou als Traffic Coördinator?
- A2/secundair denk- en werkniveau.
- Ervaring binnen logistiek of administratieve verwerking is een pluspunt.
- Oog voor detail en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Flexibiliteit in werktijden en de bereidheid om in shifts te werken.
- Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een plus.
- Ervaring met MS Office en de bereidheid om interne systemen zoals SAP snel onder de knie te krijgen.
